DANCING IN MOSCOW is a song that is an amazing and true story about I met my wonderful wife Tatiana. Back in 2009 when I was searching for a Tango Partner in Naples, I came across Tatiana's tango profile online and read that she would be dancing in Naples. I emailed Tatiana and she wrote back saying that "she would be happy to dance with me." However, later when I received the directions to the Naples Tango Festival that she was attending, it turns out that tango festival was in Naples, Italy and not in Naples, Florida! Although I was unable to attend the festival in Naples Italy, Tatiana and I still kept in close touch exchanging literally thousands of emails often laughing about the "wrong Naples." Thank God for online word translators because back then Tatiana did not speak a word of English and I not a word of Russian. We were both also interested in what life was like on the opposite sides of the planet and found that we each had very much in common. The following year in 2010 I did end up DANCING IN MOSCOW with Tatiana in her home city of Moscow, Russia. We fell in love, got married in 2011 and still go tango dancing to this day as often as possible. Destiny can work in some pretty amazing and wonderful ways!
